I provide individual therapy to teens and adults. I provide a safe space for you to be you without any judgement. I believe in empowering others to reach their full potential through self-awareness and healing. I believe in helping others find their strengths and purpose in life. In my therapy sessions, we’ll work together to manage, relationship/family issues,  depression, anxiety, life transitions, career issues, anxiety, stress, grief/loss, low self esteem mood disorders and trauma. I will help you “re-frame” your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles.
